When I say strength however, I usually mean walking up to the bus station and doing the groceries, but Tsutomu Tosaka gives it a whole new meaning. He is a 74-year old bodybuilder who recently won the 21st Japan Masters Bodybuilding Championship in Tokyo. He, and other competitors, all of whom were born before World War II showed the world that Japan is still the nation to beat when it comes to living long and healthy. Now remember kids, be nice to grandpa, you never know what body he has behind that kimono.
