The 2009 Fukuoka Motor Show last December 11 to 14 wasn’t as exciting as I thought it would be. Perhaps the recession that hit the auto industry affected the number of participants. More importantly, it affected the number of car girls (which probably draw more attention than the cars). Nevertheless, this being Japan, there were still many new things to see. It was also the debut of the Honda X3 in Fukuoka, and we saw it demonstrated live. There were also foreign brands such as Audi, BMW and Jaguar, which seemed to get more attention than their local counterparts. There were many things to see and do, including a crash simulation machine, and of course, lots of food.

There was also a Crash Simulator. I love the guy's reaction.
